All orders (unless otherwise stated in the item description) will be shipped the same or next working day after cleared payment is received. Our standard UK service is Royal Mail 2nd Class with an expected delivery schedule of 3-5 working days (please refer to Royal Mails website for more information)

If required we can send your items under an insured service – either Recorded or Next Day – both of which carry an additional charge, which is shown in the postage section at the top of the listing.

Overseas shipping is quite expensive because of the weight of the goods, and is charged at the same rate as our cost. We apologise if this makes certain items prohibitive to buy from abroad.

All goods are sent securely in plain packaging.

Return

We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchase. If however, you are not satisfied you may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We may withdraw the offer of a refund or exchange if goods are sent back in an un-saleable condition. We will not issue a refund against an item that has been used or tampered with or is returned to us in any condition that makes it unfit for resale.

We regret that no refund is available in the case of used items that do not meet your expectations.

We are more than happy to exchange items if you have changed your mind, however, a re-postage fee may be charged to send alternative products.

We’ll pay return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Claims

Although we make every effort to ensure your goods reach you quickly and in perfect condition, please be aware that if you do not receive your goods in the estimated time, unless recorded or next day delivery service has been selected, we cannot claim compensation on your behalf until 14 working days after posting – this is in line with Royal Mail guidelines for expected delivery schedules.

Any claims for undelivered goods will be investigated with the courier and you may be required to sign a self declaration form before we can re-send or refund your order.x

Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be notified to us within 3 days from receipt of your item and returned to us for inspection before we can send a replacement, therefore it is important that you check the contents of your parcel as soon as it is received
